Our Delivery Policy
This policy sets out details of delivery for The Professional Freelance Journalism Course.
Delivery is set at either weekly or fortnightly, which is selected at time of enrolment. This delivery pace can be changed by simply ringing or emailing us here at the Academy.
At time of enrolment, you may select a delivery option which best suits your needs, either via post or email. If your preference is for hard copy material to be posted to you, please ask our friendly team if any additional fees will apply.
Our preferred method of course delivery is email. This ensures your tutorials arrive without delay and you always have access to them in the same condition they arrive in.
We aim to have your coursework emailed to you on or before the expected delivery date.
Coursework may find its way to your junk mail folder. To avoid this, we ask that you ensure that you have the following addresses added to your ‘safe senders list’ in your email account to ensure that your spam filter has not been stopping our attachments.

Post
We will deliver to addresses within Australia and New Zealand, but do not deliver to locations outside of these two countries.
All postal correspondence is delivered by Australia Post or New Zealand Post.
We aim to have posted coursework delivered to you on or before the expected delivery date, however as the actual sorting and delivery of mail is beyond our control, we do ask you allow an extra few days for any delays in delivery.
Please allow the following delivery time:
- 3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
- 5-7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
- 5-7 working days for delivery to other remote locations and New Zealand.
Please allow for extra time during peak delivery times, such as Easter, Christmas and the New Year.
Postal delivery may incur additional charges, please ask our staff for assistance and further information.
Delivery issues
If for some reason you have not received your coursework, please get into contact with us either via phone (+61 2 9327 7779) or email ([email protected]) so we can work with you to remedy any issues.
